Assisting with Federal Regulatory Issues

Combining the substantive expertise of clients with our knowledge of the complex and technical regulatory process, we collaborate to develop position papers and otherwise comment on proposed and existing administrative agency rules and regulations.  As legislative counsel, we also represent clients before Congress to gain support for positions advocated with federal agencies.
