Monitoring Developments and Apprising Clients of Relevant Issues

Providing an "early warning system" for legislative and regulatory developments that may affect our clients is a critical component of our representation.  Keeping our clients fully informed on federal matters specific to their respective industries is essential to our mutual success.  Our monitoring of all relevant agency and congressional activities enables us to anticipate key developments, identtify issues of potential concern , and advance client interests.

By maintaining close contact with Congressional committee members and staff, we identify opportunities for our clients to testify before Congress to raise their company or industry profile and the visibility of their issues in Washington.  We augment our daily monitoring with personal visits to and steady communication with key committee members and staff to determine, as early as possible, items of client interest.  Routinely, we notify clients of significant developments.
